The electricity goes out about every day here and that means we loose our internet connection and that means no blogging. We are doing the best we can.... so, here's two days worth of blogging in one!
Monday, the guys kept working on the desks for Fountain of Hope School.
They had piles and piles of sawdust as proof of their hard work!
Leon created a nice little shelf for the side of the kitchen stove. When he returns home, be sure to ask him how many times you're suppose to measure before you cut!!!
The girls continued to paint and paint and paint!
In the evening our fellowship was blessed with Pastor David and Sarah.
Here they are shown with the computer and camera sent from Deena.
They were so happy and felt so incredibly loved and blessed by the gift for their ministry.
Our evening was saved by our hero Don, who caught the bat that had invaded our living space!
Tuesday we visited Patrick's mother in the hospital and prayed for her.
She is not a believer yet, so that is a continued prayer request.
There were several others in the same room with her that we prayed with also.
Peter, who has been with us every day and drives us where we need to go, took us to the shop that him and his wife Assina recently opened. Here they are shown in front of their store with their daughter Precious. When we first arrived in Uganda, Peter shared with us they are expecting their second child soon!

We then drove to one of the wells that was recently drilled in the area. The well components were purchased from people in Fairview. This well sight was used as a training opportunity for the Dove Voice Band boys to learn how to drill water wells for the surrounding communities. Now they don't have to wait for muzungus to come drill water wells!
We had to make one more stop at Peter's shop and the children had multiplied from our first visit there!!!
They are so happy to see muzugus! (white people)
We came back very tired, but blessed from a very full day! Thank you God!
Pretty interesting that Don had to "save the day." Looks like lots of relationship building is going on! Sorry about the electricity. I know that must be frustrating. I pray for God's guidance and protection as you continue your stay.

AHHH A BAT! I can hear the women's shreaks as the bat was flying and diving this way and that. I know I would be HA HA! Looks like the team has been very busy with God's work! Prayers continue to be said as the team continues to do God's will! May everyone you have met be blessed!
