Being Patient In Africa
It's true what they say about Africa. Don't get in a hurry. African time is not even close to American time. If you are wondering why there hasn't been any posts on the blog for a while, it's because the internet connection is very off and on here. When you can get on the connection moves at a snails pace and that is no exageration! It's even harder to post pictures. That's the reason there are not many. It took three hours to put the few on that I have. So please keep checking. We are trying to catch things at the right time, in between doing our activities and the time the internet is actually working.

You are in our prayers everyday. I remember the Ugandan's run on their own time. We are getting excited to go. Cant wait to see what God is doing in Uganda and in your lives, as we know it does change us. Having cravings for pineapple, leave some for us.

Thank you so much for the pictures and updates. As I read your experiences I feel I have two choices, not read them and allow any change in my heart or read them and allow God to pull at my heart strings. (He's tugging pretty hard too!) Thank you for sharing the story of Serah. What a perfect picture her life paints of Jesus and how he wants all of us to be; a living sacrafice. It made me cry. However, the pictures of Robert with the all the boys surrounding him with amazement at his crooked bent fingers brought joy to my heart and had me LOL ... Robert, there is one picture that was posted that you had such a radiant joy coming from your face that blessed me. Love and prayers to all of you. Not only are you blessing those you meet in Uganda you are blessing us back at home too. Thank God for internet and blogs! ;o)
